Victoria Norgrove is a rising New Zealand woman composer. Her multi-disciplinary career has given her opportunities to write music for short film, choir, orchestra, Taonga Pūoro/Javanese Gamelan fusion ensemble, and theatre production. She holds a postgraduate degree in Instrumental/Vocal Composition from the New Zealand School of Music Te Kōkī.

Victoria is overjoyed to bring her own artistic vision to Celestial Waters alongside her friends. Speaking about her piece (titled "Cassini's Voyage"), she describes it as being "inspired by the space probe that travelled through the rings of Saturn." She writes that the piece "takes listeners on a grand journey through Saturn's vast system of comets, asteroids, and moons."
